Where did September go??
To us, it was jam-packed with super exciting stuff!
In case you didn’t hear, we had an Expansion & Grand Re-Opening party on the 22nd.
It was a HUGE hit! We gave away lots of prizes and showed off our new space and staff. Didn’t get a chance to check it out? No problem! You can take a virtual tour on our Instagram Highlights of the entire new studio.
Plus, we began our newest initiative The Karma Health & Fitness Program
What is it?
Simply put, the Karma Health & Fitness Program is a program that give you the best chances of success through using a variety of health & fitness modalities.
- Tailor-made for your health and fitness goals
- Fits your schedule and your lifestyle
- Fits your budget and won’t break the bank
Did you know, you have a 65% of completing a goal if you are accountable to someone. And, if you make regular appointments wit the person you’re accountable to, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%.
4 Points Health is a family of fitness experts who work together to develop a strategic program with you. They look at your needs and goals, plus they find ways they can challenge you to get the results you’re looking for. The whole team works together to get you results! Not to mention, because it is made for you by you, it costs exactly what you can pay.
