First off, what is Neurofeedback?
Basically, Neurofeedback is brain training. It is a way that we are able to look at your brainwaves – we see the state it is in and then we work to improve it.

Brainwave patterns have been shown to correspond with mental states exhibited by individuals. As such, when one is under extreme stress, traumatized or experiencing other mental health conditions there is typically maladaptive brain patterns which develop. Neurofeedback allows one to learn how to take better control of their nervous system through a form of biofeedback. In turn, new pathways are built and symptoms can be relieved. Brain waves are measured, and feedback as given in the form of a game/sound for the waves produced by the individual. Our practitioners will develop a unique protocol to meet individual needs and optimize results.
