NEUROFEEDBACK

Strengthen and train your brain for a better quality of life
Brainwave patterns have been shown to correspond with mental states exhibited by individuals. As such, when one is under extreme stress, traumatized or experiencing other mental health conditions there is typically maladaptive brain patterns which develop. Neurofeedback allows one to learn how to take better control of their nervous system through a form of biofeedback. In turn, new pathways are built and symptoms can be relieved. Brain waves are measured, and feedback as given in the form of a game/sound for the waves produced by the individual. Our practitioners will develop a unique protocol to meet individual needs and optimize results.
Many of us are exposed to or live stressful lifestyles and would benefit from reinforcing the brain waves that produce a more calm, relaxed, focused state. This can result in better sleep, more stable mood/behavior, and increase performance. Therefore, neurofeedback is suitable for a variety of conditions including mental health, sleep, pain, trauma, PTSD, and performance.
