Group fitness isn’t for everyone. You may feel the pace is too fast, or may be intimidated by a group environment at first. You can gain the confidence and get more comfortable using fitness equipment during personal sessions and go at your own pace with 1-1 focus. Personal training is suitable for those who are new to fitness and require education of basic bio-mechanics used in common exercises, or for those recovering from injuries who need to retrain their body. Maybe you just prefer to have 1-1 focus and the push you will receive as an individual in personal training! We have personal trainers available to train you who will create personalized programs that fit your current needs.
