Access Bars

Access Bars® are 32 points on your head that are gently touched, to release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life. These points contain all the thoughts, ides, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. The use of these points helps to unlock the limitations we experience from our thoughts, habits and subconscious minds.

Access Bars

Role of an Access Bars Practitioner

An Access Bars practitioner is a trained professional who uses the Access Bars modality to release mental, emotional, physical, and energetic blockages. Access Bars, a subset of Access Consciousness, involves 32 unique points on the head that correspond to different aspects of one's life and consciousness. By gently touching these points, practitioners help clients release stored thoughts, feelings, emotions, and attitudes, enabling profound and lasting changes.

Assessment and Evaluation

Before beginning a session, the Access Bars practitioner typically engages in a dialogue with the client to understand their specific concerns, challenges, or areas they wish to address. While there's no need for conventional diagnostic tools, the practitioner tunes into the client's energy and consciousness to identify which bars or points to focus on during the session.

Treatment Plans and Interventions

During an Access Bars session, the client lies down comfortably, fully clothed. The practitioner then gently touches the specific bars or points on the head. Each bar corresponds to an area of life, such as money, creativity, or body. Holding these points lightly allows the electromagnetic charge held in our brains from thoughts, feelings, and emotions to dissipate, facilitating mental clarity, peace, and transformation.

Prevention and Education

After the session, practitioners often share insights and feedback with clients and provide guidance on how to maintain the energetic shifts experienced during the treatment. They may suggest self-awareness exercises, journaling, or other techniques to ensure the continued release of limiting beliefs and patterns. Access Bars practitioners also educate clients about the importance of regular sessions, especially during significant life changes or periods of stress, to maintain mental clarity and emotional equilibrium.
