Erica Attia, a registered provisional psychologist, brings over six years of experience in facilitating programs and offering frontline support to those affected by complex trauma. With a Master's degree in Counselling from Athabasca University,
Erica's approach to therapy emphasizes the interconnectedness of body and mind, creating a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and work towards healing. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and somatic therapy, Erica tailors her sessions to address each client's unique needs.
