CORPORATE WELLNESS · EDMONTON
Help your people put wellness into practice.
Build on the care you already put into your team with practical health education, movement and support that connects with their working day.

Real people. Practical health expertise.
Bringing our clinical perspective into the workplace.
Wellness days · Workshops · Ongoing programs
You’ve invested in your people.
Your organization may already have benefits, resources and people working hard to support employee well-being. We start there.

What are employees asking about? What’s working? Where could a little more support make a difference?

Together, we can explore a useful next step that fits your team, your workplace and the support you already have.
Health information people can use.
Bring everyday health questions into a conversation with our team. Connect learning with movement, recovery and the demands of the working day.

Start with what people are asking.
“Something hurts. What should I do?”
“How can I move more during a busy day?”
“How can I build strength and recover?”

General education helps people explore useful next steps. Personal assessment and treatment are arranged separately.
From a wellness afternoon to a longer-term plan.
Start with a focused session, bring learning into the working day, or connect your activities into an ongoing program.

These are starting points for a conversation. We agree the activities, professional involvement and delivery arrangements with you before confirming a program.

We’ll work through the details together.
Five questions to discuss with your team

A starting point for your next leadership or wellness committee conversation.

• What are we already doing that employees value?
• What health questions are people asking?
• What makes participation difficult?
• What could we change in the working day?
• What is one manageable improvement we could try?

Bring your answers to a conversation with us. This is a discussion aid, not a validated assessment or organizational score.
Can we start with just one workshop?
Yes. A focused session is one possible starting point. Share your audience, topic and preferred timing so we can discuss a suitable scope.

We already have a wellness program. Can this fit?
We start with what you already have. Together, we can identify where education, practical activities or coordination could complement your existing providers and internal team.

Can sessions happen at our workplace?
Tell us your location and preferred format. We’ll discuss the activity, space, timing and professional availability before confirming arrangements. Clinic-based or virtual options can also be explored where suitable.

How do you support different abilities?
We discuss access, participation options and appropriate adaptations during planning. Movement activities are optional.

How is pricing arranged?
We provide a private proposal after discussing preparation, format, professional involvement and follow-up.

Do group sessions include individual treatment?
Individual clinical care is optional and separately arranged, with its own intake and consent. Group education does not replace personal assessment or treatment.

What information would our organization receive?
We agree reporting during planning. Delivery information and group-level feedback are the proposed starting point. Individual clinical information is handled separately through an authorized process.
