Price: $170 for the 6 sessions

These small-group training sessions are designed specifically for women rebuilding strength after pregnancy and birth. Led by a personal trainer with 25+ years of experience, each session focuses on safe, progressive strength training to support core recovery, pelvic floor health, posture, and overall functional strength.


The small-group setting allows for personalized coaching, exercise modifications, and guidance so you can rebuild strength safely, regain confidence in your body, and return to exercise in a baby friendly and supportive environment.
