Therapeutic Art Club with Arjiana – Running every second Monday from Mar 30 – May 11 - $35 +GST drop in price. 6 – 8 pm
The Therapeutic Art Club is a supportive space for creative self-expression, personal exploration, and community connection. Held twice a month, this two-hour event invites you to reconnect with yourself through the process of making art while sharing space with others who value creativity, growth, and emotional well-being.
Each session includes:
Somatic Grounding Exercises
Gentle body-based practices to help you settle, center, and arrive fully into the present moment.
Creative Art Exploration
Participants are encouraged to experiment with abstract painting and collage using a wide variety of materials. Art supplies are provided and include paper, brushes, acrylic paints, watercolours, markers, scissors, glue, sprays, pencils, and more. You are also welcome to bring your own favourite art tools or personal projects.
Personal Process and Journaling (Optional)
You are encouraged to bring a journal and pen to reflect on your experience and support integration.
This is not an art class and there is no formal instruction. Arijana will offer optional techniques for creating textures and patterns, but your personal exploration and choice are at the heart of the process.
Guiding Intention
These gatherings are designed to support self-discovery through expressive art and embodied presence. The atmosphere is free of judgment, competition, and comparison. You are encouraged to come as you are and to use art as a language for inner connection and emotional relief. No art experience is required.
